Occupational Health and Safety of Future

We had the opportunity to share the risk detection and measures we use in our plants at the “Occupational Health and Safety of the Future: New Approaches with Artificial Intelligence” conference, organised by the Training and Research Center on Labour and Social Security (ÇASGEM).

A valuable panel discussion was held on the digitalisation of occupational health and safety, and the potential of artificial intelligence technologies in this field. We shared our good practices at Martur Fompak International on how injuries can be prevented by using innovative technologies in occupational safety, especially artificial intelligence and image processing technologies. We explained how these technologies enhance workplace safety by monitoring unsafe conditions and employee behavior, providing instant warnings, and emphasized the importance of training and technology integration in fostering an occupational safety culture and creating a safer work environment.

We aim to be a safer company with a successful digital transformation in the field of occupational health and safety and to provide all employees with access to safer workplace by sharing the good practices we have realised.
