A3 Major Kaizen Continuous Improvement in 2025

We continue to enhance our processes through A3 Major Kaizen initiatives carried out within the Supplier Quality and Development Department throughout 2025, aiming for greater efficiency, sustainability, and value creation. These initiatives clearly reflect our problem-solving culture on the shop floor.  

Kaizen projects conducted using the A3 methodology have significantly contributed to improving operational performance and strengthening quality standards through root cause analysis, a disciplined approach, and data-driven decision-making. With these efforts, a continuous improvement mindset has become an integral part of our daily working culture.
