Interview Simulation at Uludağ University
On March 3rd, as the Martur Fompak International Talent Acquisition Team, we were delighted to participate in the Interview Simulation event organized by the Uludağ University Human Resources Community.
During the event, we had the opportunity to meet with students from both the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Social Sciences and conducted one-to-one interview simulations. Following the interviews, we shared insights on what human resources professionals look for during interviews, what makes a strong CV, and what companies expect from candidates. We also answered students’ questions and aimed to support them in their career journeys.
It was a great experience to connect with future professionals and contribute to their professional development.
